Srushti began preparing herself for her UPSC exam in her third year as a student in engineering. During her graduation, she questioned whether she would be content in the engineering role. Her goal became apparent when she shifted her focus to the civil job. Her parents encouraged her to be an official in the civil service and to pursue a career in public service.
