Anna Silk
Anna Silk is a Canadian actress who was born on the 31st of January 1974. Her most well-known role is for her role as Bo in the Showcase Television series Lost Girl. Silk is a Canadian actress who was born in Fredericton New Brunswick. She is the daughter of Peter an academic as well as Ilkay Silk, an acclaimed actor, director, producer, playwright and director of drama in St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna was a child and watched her mother working and going to play rehearsals. Silk starred in numerous commercials for kids. She earned her Bachelor of Arts was awarded to her by St. Thomas University, 1997. Theatre St. Thomas was active in at least two early theater productions including Seven Menus (1997) and The Kitchen (1999). Silk was able to move from Toronto in November 1999, to Los Angeles California to pursue her career as an actor. Seth Cooperman met Silk at the Actors Workshop located in Los Angeles, in 2007. After getting engaged in 2008, the couple got married in 2009. The couple renewed their vows on April 10, 2011 in Fredericton in the tradition of a Jewish wedding ceremony after Silk made the decision to convert to Judaism. Silk Cooperman had a baby boy, her son, Samuel Jerome Cooperman, in May 2013. Levi Aaron, Silk's second son was born in the month of May in 2016. Silk was also nominated 2009 for the Gemini Awards in her role as Cassidy Holland. Silk was cast in the role as Bo Dennis the succubus on the Canadian show Lost Girl in 2009. Silk fell pregnant during the final production of the season 3 finale. She announced the news to viewers in Showcase's Season Three Pre-Show Special on the 6th of January, 2013. Silk announced on Twitter June 20th, 2013 that the series was returning for a fourth season of its production. Season Four premiered on June 4th 2013 by Showcase and Prodigy Pictures. The CNN Cable News Network named her portrayal of Bo as well as Lauren (Zoie Parker) in Lost Girl as same-sex couples as one of their most-loved television Couples. E! named them the Top TV Couple in 2013. Entertainment Television. Silk's growth has brought a large online audience through social media.
